On December 5, 2022, from LIFE Fluvial, by the hand of Mariñas Coruñesas and IBADER, a specialized seminar was developed aimed at students of the Medium Cycle of Use and Conservation of the Natural Environment of the CFEA Pedro Murias, located in Ribadeo.
The seminar, held in the CFEA auditorium, was attended by a total of 15 people, including teachers and students from the center.
The first presentation, by Javier Ferreiro, from IBADER, focused on the improvement and sustainable management of river corridors as a strategy to stop the loss of biodiversity. Given the training orientation and future employment of the attendees, the subject on which the greatest section was made was the one referring to the conservation actions carried out by LIFE Fluvial.
Next, Miguel Fernández, from the Mariñas Coruñesas Biosphere Reserve, reviewed the dissemination and awareness activities carried out by LIFE Fluvial, perceiving great interest in linking the Biosphere Reserves with this type of project.
The attendees also had the opportunity to watch the audiovisual of the project, finally being presented with informative material from LIFE Fluvial.
