Last Friday 20th May, Uniovi LIFE Fluvial team commemorated the Natura 2000 Network Day and the 30th anniversary of the LIFE programme by means of an event that brought together technicians from different LIFE projects developed at the University of Oviedo and different agents involved in the conservation of the Natura 2000 Network. During this event, which was attended by people from different fields (university professors, students, technicians involved in nature conservation projects, political representatives…), it was shown the importance of the LIFE programme for the development of such important projects for the conservation of the Natura 2000 Network in Asturias as LIFE Tremedal, LIFE Arcos and LIFE Fluvial
